Why use a Travel Agent?

Magic Dreamscape offers information and services which will simplify your vacation planning.  We will help you save time, money, and offer options for your trip.  Acquiring Magic Dreamscape as your travel agent is one more research tool to which you have access.  Google can be fun and exciting, but a travel agent will help guide you in the right direction.  We don’t sell you anything.  We just help you buy wisely.  Let us do the work for you.


What is the process?

The first point of contact (phone, e-mail, skype) will be the initial consultation.  We will gather basic information and go over a few options for your vacation.  After the consultation we will start researching hotels that fit within your budget and travel needs.  A quote with 3 choices will be sent to your e-mail or a phone consultation will be held.  A deposit is required to secure your reservation according to the suppliers terms and conditions.  Once the reservation is secured through Magic Dreamscape, we will go more in depth on your vacation destination and go over any questions you may have  Magic Dreamscape will stay on top of any changes or updates regarding your vacation.  A few weeks before your vacation we will go over everything to make sure everything is how  it should be.

 


WHAT FEES DO YOU CHARGE?

Magic Dreamscape charges a $25 per person fee to book air only packages.  There is also a $50 per person fee for cancellations unless you purchase travel insurance.  Specialized custom tours also have a fee that will be included in your quote.


Can I make payments?

Most of the suppliers we use allow you to make payments after initial deposit.  Normally, reservations made less than 60 days in advance will require full payment.  Your vacation will need to be paid in full according to the suppliers terms and conditions.


How much and when do I have to pay my deposit?

Deposits are determined by the supplier and usually need to be paid within 24 hours of the hold being placed.  A good rule of thumb would be to expect to place a deposit of 20 to 50% of total reservation cost.


What if I have to cancel?

Magic Dreamscape will charge a $50 per person cancellation fee.  Cancellation fees through the supplier will depend on their terms and conditions.
