You can access your trips, bookings and profile from virtually anywhere in the world, and from any device. Downloading a document, or sharing one with Magic Dreamscape is as easy as logging into your account. Your client portal will also have historical data of all of your trips.
It all begins with a complimentary no-obligation call, text, or e-mail to learn more about your family and your ideas for your vacation. Don't worry, you won't be tested on any of this.
After we’ve discussed your ideas for your vacation we can start putting your plans together and book your flights (if needed), transfers, and accommodations. Your confirmations will be emailed to you once your vacation is booked. You will also have access to our vacation portal to keep track of your vacation and also make a bucket list if you would like.
Now that we know what you want and where you are going to stay, lets get the details together. We will work on dining reservations, activities, and make any additional reservations as you see fit.
Your itinerary and documents will be sent to you 30 days prior to your departure along with some fun tips and a checklist to make your vacation the best vacation.
A week before you go on your vacation, we will set up a time to speak to you. We will go over any last minute questions and make sure everything is ready to go before you arrive at your destination.
